Party Tips*-Prepare chicken mixture up to 2 days prior and place in fridge. OR weeks ahead and freeze! Just take out the day before party and defrost in fridge.-Then prepare pastries the day of and top before guests arrive. Pop in oven for a few min. at 350 to melt cheese and reheat pastries.-Aluminum tins are best to use for parties. They come with a lid to stack in the fridge and can be popped directly in the oven when ready!*For a quick chicken fix, buy a rotisserie chicken from the store and shred that!
