- 4 Celery Stalks
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Pimento Peppers (Drained) ((reserve 1 tbsp juice))
- 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1-2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce (*Optional)
In a mixer or mixing bowl, cream together all ingredients until fully mixed.
Trim and clean 4 sticks of celery. Then cut each stick into 3" to 4" sticks. (However long you prefer)
Fill each stick with filling using a spoon. Serve cold.
This recipe makes about twelve 3-4" sticks. Depending on the size of your celery, you may need more or less filling.
