A super easy party dip that has become a pantry staple. This Garlic Oil Cannelini Dip is my go to dip when I need a last minute healthy snack or appetizer!

Course: Appetizer, Side Dish
Servings: 8 People
Author: Bite Sized Kitchen
  • 1 15 oz. Can Cannelini White Beans + 1 Tbsp. reserved bean liquid
  • 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5-6 Cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice *Optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish *Optional
  1. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and olive oil in a small saucepan and simmer for at least 10 minutes on low heat. You should see small bubbles underneath. Do not brown garlic.

  2. While simmering, add other ingredients to food processor and wait.

  3. After a minimum of 10 minutes, add garlic and oil to food processor and puree until smooth. If consistency is too thick, add more reserved bean liquid.

  4. Serve with pita, crusty bread, wheat thins or veggies!
